The appointment went extremely well. I am very happy with the office and people who work there.
First visit Excellent experience on all accounts. The staff, hygienist, and Dr. Tom were welcoming, extremely professional and very friendly. It was as if we had been patients there for many years.

Had a cleaning with Cara that included X-rays and exam by Dr. S. As usual, the experience was wonderful...made to feel valued, comfortable and no stress. The entire office, from front office staff to the hygienist to the dentist work as a team to ensure you have a pleasant experience. This is the best dental practice I have ever been treated by and the reason I have stayed a loyal patient of PS Family & Cosmetic Dentistry since moving down here in 2008.

If there was rating higher than excellent I would give it. I had an emergency (a very painful tooth) and they managed to fit me in. Every member of Dr. Shepherd and his staff was helpful, caring and knowledgeable.. I g.reatly appreciate their concern.
