+Totally positive first visit After having several consultations with Dentists, it was refreshing to meet with Dr. Shaffer who provided a positive, realistic and common sense overview of my needs and set in motion a realistic plan to approach the much needed work that I had put off for years. Instead of offering the most expensive and unrealistic program, it was great to hear the options I could have, not based on price but practical reality. His staff and office atmosphere was professional and welcoming.

In addition to being a great hygienist with a gentle touch, Steve is very personable and puts me to ease every time I to see him. Love the friendly staff, they make me feel like one of the family. The entire atmosphere of the office is great - no stuffy or anesthetic smells! State of the art equipment. What a great experience every time I go! I recommend PS Family and Cosmetic Dentistry for everyone! p.s. I gladly drive 40+ miles to go to see My Dentist!!!

Excellent experience on all accounts. The staff, hygienist, and Dr. Tom were welcoming, extremely professional and very friendly. It was as if we had been patients there for many years.
