Ms. Elledge and Ms. Vest were awesome in handling my case. I felt heard after getting screwed over by two previous firms. They were able to resolve both of my legal matters within months whenever previous firms couldn’t manage even one. There is nothing good about this firm. Between 3 attorneys with over 30 years of experience, they couldn't even fill out basic legal paperwork correctly. Deceptive use of bulk billing, erroneous and duplicative charges. They have the most junior person do the work, while charging you for the time for this person to research and learn the basics of case, at a law a firm they claim to be experts, then bill you again for the more senior attorney to redo the work. I recently hired Caitlyn for an easy adoption process and the communication was very poor. We were over billed for every little thing. They kept spelling names wrong and information wrong on paperwork they sent over. I told them it needed correction and billed us every time for it. This made the process take way longer than it needed to. It postponed everything for at least two weeks.
