The facility IS central in vicinity to 427 & 407, well maintained, easy to navigate and clean. Besides that, it is not an efficient operation. I have no clue what their shipping/receiving procedures are behind the loading docks but it clearly is NOT working. They are strict on appointments but clearly not strict for deadlines or getting trucks loaded/unloaded. Sat for 5 hours for something that should've been 15-30 minutes.
