For the past 40 years, individuals with no money or no insurance have been denied help in America. In 1994, our Founder, Jim deVarennes, had seen enough. Leaving a successful insurance career, he founded Peachford House to provide residential recovery to people suffering from addiction, regardless of their ability to pay. Helped me get a handle on my addiction issues and look at what I was ACTUALLY trying to avoid or mask by using. However, this place sets it's "staff" or "volunteers" up for failure.
