They cancel your reservation a week before your stay and you can fight for your refund. Don’t use them!
I booked the hotel in Miami with Booking.com and paid. The cancellation was free of charge. But after the cancellation, the money was not returned. More than a month.
I've already stayed at SoBe's New York City apartments and was surprised with the high quality of the apartments. Very clean and neat units. Staying at SoBe's apartments in DC was also a great experience. I strongly recommend.
