My apartment is decent and is a nice price. The office staff are very childish and rude for some reason but thankfully I don't have to deal with them much. Most people have bad experiences with Soard and I recognize that but mine has been okay. Nothing spectacular.
Soard and their affiliates are just as nasty as any loan shark you'll ever meet. Nasty choices, nasty cop lovers, nasty politician lovers.
This is an Infestation of termites that Soard will not take care of or allow the tennant to move...these people are slum lords and crooks
Great if your trying to get robbed and treated like dirt
