The older lady I talked to today was extremely rude. The driveway to 2475 is iced over and all I was doing was calling to let her know and see if we they could do something about it. There are cars that cant get in or out. I am stuck at yhe bottom of the hill. She cops an attitude and said they are not responsible? As soon as I can make it out I am going to talk to someone. Ridiculous her talking to anyone the way she talked to me.

They refuse to make repairs, charge for things that they say you’ve damaged but haven’t, are rude and disrespectful when you have to call for assistance, and simply do not care for their client’s health, safely, or well-being. I absolutely would NOT recommend them to anyone.
dumpsters are disgusting on gainesboro Grade and 2 fires within a month over there

They are very unprofessional and will hang up on you and refuse to work with you. They are rude and honestly I don’t know why or how they still have business I would rather sleep under a bridge then rent from these uneducated morons
I had a maintenance worker come into my apartment after I asked him to put on a mask, he proceeded to mock me and when I asked him again to put on a mask he left my apartment refusing to fix the issue I had reported. I called the office to report the incident and I’m left to assume they did nothing about it because he was with his partner at the complex again.
