Customer service is the worst, and there parts are overpriced garbage.
Absolute garbage parts and customer service is horrible, these people have a horrible attitude and then when you tell them there parts failed they blame the installer or you ridiculous, stay away from this place, if you can’t find it somewhere else just order it online that’s all they do for triple the price.

Great store, lots of parts. You need to spend money here so these brick and mortar stores will be around when you need that fetzer valve or 20 weight ball bearings for your latest project!
