Horrible experience today. Had to wait 45 minutes for 2 slushes and a pretzel. When we finally got our order, no apology or anything. Then I realized we didn’t get our straws, so I press the button and tell them. The guy tells me they’ll bring them right out. Didn’t happen. I had to go to their door to get the straws. I've been there twice in the last five months and both times they were out of ice cream and the kid couldn't make change....I understand they don't pay much and hire what they can get but they definitely lack a lot of training I've also seen a lot of employees outside laughing while one person is inside working..you'll never be at the level of whataburger they have it together!

I placed my order online for a Diet Coke. I got there and at 1:15 pm it said my order was on its way. 10 minutes later I called and told them I still haven’t received it, and was told it was in its way... well 5 more minutes go by and still nothing. So I call back and at this point it has been 17 minutes waiting on a RT 44 Diet Coke.. the lady who answered was like how many minutes, what did you have again.... horrible service!!!
