My son who went to sonic with his friends tonight and purchased food and was sitting on his truck eating and was told to leave or they would call the police. I understand not wanting a bunch of teenagers loitering, but if they are there eating food I think it’s ridiculous to run them off. nastiest sonic I have ever seen in my life, first off I had to yell so they could hear me place my order, then my wife's drink did not have bubbles in it, Sent it back, to be corrected, they informed me that I did not pay for the bubbles in her drink that I would need to pay for them if I wanted them so ok whatever it was 50 cents extra, they brought the drink back it didn't look right and tasted like some kind of cleaner, I took it back in and asked for my money back, and re… See more
Kids were playing around and spilled our coke float, just added some more coke and brought it out all messy. Couldn’t tell us which one was coke float and which one was Dr Pepper float. Paid extra to have whipped cream added to blasts and didn’t receive any.
Sonic is great... this location, not so much. Super slow every time I go. Half the time they aren’t taking orders at the stalls. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks tonight.
This place is doing down hill fast!! Food was cold! And popcorn chicken hardly had any sauce.
RecommendedUsually not real impressed with fast food these days, but kudos to the westside Sonic in Dothan. Apparently they have great management, everyone moving with purpose, respectful, and efficient. Our carhop, Brendyn, was the best!
