They got my sandwich wrong called in to get it fixed, manager said he fixed it him HIMSELF and still got it WRONG!!! What a freaking joke!!!
I think you need to teach your manegers to have some respect for the younger employes and the custamers and when they talk shit behind there back because they dont have the guts to say it to your face they dont need to be there and neather do you

I apologize, I don't understand who doesn't need to be there. As far as what was said that will be looked into. First one interviewed said the employee was the one using curse words to the manager but i have learned there's usually both sides at some fault but it will be looked into further. Thank you for you insight on how to teach our managers. It will be discussed at our next manager meeting.
If I could rate any lower I'd would.... no uniforms, horrible service. Workers look like they rather not be here. Awful!!!!!

There was a manager on duty, that's sad. We have always allowed blue jeans as an employee retention reason and sonic os soon to allow them as a company wide policy for the same reason. Again I do apologize and the message was immediately addressed with crew on duty tonight.

Really ,it took ten minutes to order, and 25 min to get our food two people to repeat the order back then we were told we were waiting on fries...fries take 3 min to cook and mine were not fresh!!! Not exactly thrilled....the car hop was polite n nice though. Car hop u get 5 stars and brought up the all around score to three.

Past 3 times I have come here it has taken 10 plus minutes to get to place my order. All times I came it was not busy and yet the people who work here want minimum wage raised to 15 dollars an hour? Smh

Would you happen to have an idea where you were parked? Sometimes those buttons get dirt and will not ring in the inside to let us know the button has been pushed. I'm very sorry your having this problem.
