We've been going here since our third child was in elementary school and our youngest was a newborn--so for about 16 years. Dr. Snyder is warm and caring and will take time to listen to you. I've a friend who sees Dr. G. at every visit for her two daughters who are often ill and they all like Dr. G very much. The lack of five stars is for a nurse practitioner that we have had a couple times who isless than caring. Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations? Yes, they answered my questions

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile
