Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional
