Everyone was so kind and helpful. I’m glad they were recommended to me!
The CPAP itself is fine but I would not recommend using snoremd. They charged me an unnecessary $60 fee to complete the insurance paperwork which was whatever but they screwed up the paperwork and didn't get reimbursed by the insurance. Then they sent collections after me and messed up my credit. No accountability for their mistakes, not even willing to refund the processing fee for their error. I don't snore anymore. Amazing.
This was obviously not something I was excited about; I was actually quite nervous about needing a CPAP, but everyone at SnoreMD (especially Perla) was fantastic. Perla explained everything, was professional, kind, and patient, and made the whole experience calm and comfortable. I definitely feel like I am in good hands, and it is very appreciated.
