Matt and team were extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable and efficient at diagnosing and fixing a water leak issue our condensate pump for our AC unit. We received much more practical solutions and advice than what we have heard previously from "big name" companies and was much more affordable! We appreciate it and highly recommend Matt and team!
Very reasonable pricing and very flexible on scheduling
Matt and team were great to work with from start to finish. Excellent service, excellent price. Install was quick and painless. The other "big name" guys couldn't fit us in for months and didn't care that we had no heat, or wanted the price of a new car to install an outrageously overpriced system. But even then, weeks or months out.
We have used their services for our furnace maintenance for many years, so they were the first person we called when our furnace went out. They came quickly, and provided us with a fair estimate. We reviewed a few other estimates from other companies, and chose Snohomish. They were able to replace our furnace the next day. They were professional and courteous, and their pricing is very fair. I will continue to use them for our maintenance and projects in the future. Highly recommend.
