Used to be very competent and responsive before. Paid them for a new furnace this summer (4 months ago) and have had no luck getting in touch with them to complete the job. Edited to add: Have called at least a dozen times in the interim with no pickup or response. Don't know how the warranty works if they don't answer.
Don’t go to pilchuck heating for anything, back in November of 2022 Jeff from here came out and worked on our heater. First he never picks up the phone, and he doesn’t like replying to emails you have to pester him to get him to reply to any email you send him. And now today 10-7-2025 we replaced another part he replaced back in 2022. And back in 2023 we woke up to our smoke detectors going off, as he wired it incorrectly and it caught fire and melted wires due to it and when we asked him to come out and fix it he said no I’... read more
This place is crap. Jeff worked on our ac he miss wired it. Not very long after it caught fire 🔥. He worked on our heater now it's heater time of year and the heater doesn't shut off. We were waiting for him to get a part another time. After a couple of weeks he never got the part. We bought one he said well I can't use that I have to get the part. Just because he didn't want to lose money. DON'T GO HERE. YOU MAY BE KILLED IF JEFF WORKS ON ANYTHING.
Excellent customer service, did a really nice looking install on a minispilt BTU 18,000. The unit is quiet and functioning really well. Super excited to have both heat and air in same unit.
I was referred over to Jeff to do an initial mini split install for our home. After meeting and discussing options he was not only able to provide a wonderful Daikin Central AC system for our home but they on time, quick, clean and by far the best competitive price considering I had 3 outrageous quotes before meeting him from other companies.
