I called earlier today to make an appointment for my 2 kids for a mini mani and pedi. So, I arrive to my appointment and the lady was going to do a haircut. I told her that I have an appointment for a mani&pedi. Than told me that she wouldn't be able to do a pedi cause supposedly she didn't have the supplies and that I need to make it a day of ahead of time. Yet, I made an appointment and made sure she had open availability AND there is a Walk in Welcome sign.. Way to run a business! I wouldn't even give this business a star... read more

Great place. They do a great job with my two year old.
Maggie is the best!!! She's the only one who can cut my kids hair. Have tried other places, and they never get it right!! The best part is that she and Josie are sooo sweet and professional. Have been their clients for 5 yrs.
Great service. Very good with our three kids and listened to our requests and stayed focused with a 5 month old while being held and a crying 20 month old. Super friendly and good spot for kids to have fun while they wait (slides, tv, video games)!!!!!

Very upset, my daughter was scheduled for an ultimate spa day for her birthday today and we get there to find out they closed. No one bothered to call and tell us and we had an appointment scheduled. I wouldn't have thought to call to confirm or look on their website since I knew where they were located. Very disappointing she was so looking forward to it too! Bad way to do business, they should have personally called their scheduled appointments to notify them.
