Paid almost $20 for my toddlers hair cut and they didn't finish because she cried. I don't mind spending the cash if u finish and it looks great. But when we leave and it's jacked up...... no.
Never going back there ever again.. It was our first time going and literally we were there waiting an hour and 30 minutes just to get my sons hair cut!!! Worst place ever!!!! Idk what they have a walk ins welcome sign up for if they make you wait that long just to get seen or even recognized and waited on for everyone who has appointments way later than the time you walked in!!!! 🖓🖓🖓
I can't say enough great things about this place. My 4 yr old grandson was not having anything to do with haircuts. It took 3-4 people to accomplish the ocassional buzz cut that usually left everyone involved a little traumatized. I wasn't sure what to expect having made several failed attempts at "kid friendly" salons. But the second we walked in to Snips & Clips, Kim was absolutely amazing! We came here for my sons Kingston's first haircut and Crystal handled him pretty well considering he was not having it. The cut came out pretty good for him not wanting them to touch his hair. I would definitely recommend. Very friendly and toddler/kid friendly with movies and games while getting the cut.
Great place for kid's haircut. Always do a great job.
Professional , enthusiasthic people !!! Im in love with these place usually my son doesnt let him cut his hair but wow I was impressed !!!! Absolutly coming back !!!
