We came in with 2 kids, signed the clipboard and sat down to wait our turn. 3 people were working. 2 stylists were with clients and there was another at the desk checking someone out. No one even acknowledged we were there. As 2 of the workers became available, we still had not had one word spoken to us. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After 20 minutes we walked out. Also this place smells really bad and is pretty dirty. Do not recommend it at all.
