We will not be returning. I took my son for his first haircut today and unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. The stylist just basically went to town on my sons long hair. I explained that I wanted it cut down on top so it wasn't in his eyes....it definitely wont be in his eyes because she cut it so short. Made online reservations for two children. Arrived and responded "Here" as instructed in confirmation text. Went and peeked through window and seen employees inside. Walked around the area passing the window with family of five total a few more times. No acknowledgement or responding message from inside. Finally left after 30 minutes of waiting. Never did get a response to confirmation text. First and Last time trying Snip-Its

Kacey Vasquez was very rude and unfriendly, I did not feel welcomed at all.
Love our experience every time we come in with Vicky, she is so patient and takes her time with my baby. Although he may not be in the best of moods during every visit but she remains calm and helps us soothe him down to get the haircut we ask for. Everyone at this location is very well respectful and will greet you with a smile.
This was our toddlers first haircut- and we were referred by a friend. It was the BEST experience and they even saved his first little curl without me asking. The stylist worked her magic very sweetly and efficiently. They had toys to help keep the kids entertained while we waited- and Starbucks was only a few doors down ❤️ We will def go back for all of our cuts!
