We had a great experience! Stephanie was great with my 3 year old (knowledgeable, made her feel comfortable, and gave her a great haircut). My 18 month old son was totally entertained during the haircut with the train table, so that made taking them both easy. When we left, my 3 year old daughter said "I love this place. I wish we lived next to snappers."
We went today for my son's first haircut. Stephanie cut his hair and did an awesome job ! Our experience was great!!

Took my Grandson and Granddaughter for haircuts it was wacky Wednesday but the wait was not bad my grandson has been there before and he was so good he is 2 1/2 they have always been nice and do a great job. This was my granddaughter first haircut she watched brother and she was fine she is 1 1/2. Love the place but can not believe how parents can be so rude to the staff. It is very hard to work with children and they all do there best. Great job snip-it
I think it really depends on the stylist you get there. We have a wonderful experiences in the past. However, we went yesterday and the ladies seemed very unprofessional compared to our past experiences.
Have been here several times and my son's hair has always turned out great! Today, my son decided to have a major meltdown and the stylist was super patient and still managed to give him an awesome haircut!

My children and I had the best experience at Snip It's. We can not wait to go there again.
My sons hair came out good. I also got my daughter a manicure. Reason I am upset is first the lady told me it was $4.99 for a mani then after I said yes she said I'm sorry it's actually $7.99 then I got home and l looked at my receipt and they charged me $10.99 for a kids mani. I was lied to and I also tipped $5 so in the end I paid $26 for a good haircut and some lies. I'm a little upset about being lied to.
