I am so angry... but lets start with the good.. the place was clean and definitely made to entertain kids. The staff was friendly..enough. But I could have done a better job cutting my sons hair myself and I have never touched hair cutting scissors in ny life!! I wanted to keep my sons hair longer but trimmed up really well. My son now has about ten different lengths in his hair, it looks like he cut his own bangs..there is no consistancy AT ALL!! Our first visit today....It was Awesome! I love, love, love this place! No more arguing over cuts, kids can not wait to go back! I love all the glitter, glam n Accessories for the girls...this will be my daughters next Bday place!
Took my grandson here tonight which going to get a haircut is usually a struggle with him.... he loved it here and asked if he I would take him back ! Can't wait for my granddaughter to be old enough for spa days :)
I gave this place 5 stars a few months ago but today I was very dissapointed and from now on will take my boys. The new stylists need to be trained before they are allow to cut someone's hair.
Great service and environment for kids! Samantha was wonderful!
My daughter loved the mommy and me spa package. Samantha did a great job with her. She was awesome!!!
