RecommendedHeather was AMAZING!!! She was so patient & kind! She gave my baby boy his 1st hair cut! Towards the end he had a meltdown but she let me breastfeed him & it calmed him down and she was able to finish the hair cut. Thank you so much for being so understanding.
Kirstin should not be able to cut hair. She turned my son away for no reason! She was rude and disrespectful... i had to ask another hair dresser to do his hair because she didn’t want to do her job! I am definitely reporting her to management! I was so frustrated i left unhappy with the haircut he received all because i didn’t want to be there any longer. Sooooo annoyed!
We took our son in today for his first haircut, he's 15 months. It was a 40 min wait, but that was fine because it gave him time to acclimate to the shop and check out all the toys they had. By the time he was up he was very comfortable. Heather was amazing with him! She brought over bubbles for us to distract him and put on cartoons, he squirmed a lot trying to see everything but she took her time to make sure he was comfy and to get an even cut. We’ve been bringing our son to snip it’s for years. I love it here and they always listen to what i want and take the time to do it right. However, whomever thought it was a good idea to give whistles for prizes to the kids...we much prefer the little airplanes and dinosaurs! Lol
