Definitely not quite the “experience” the website made it out to be. Waited much longer than quoted time. Stylist was nice and did her best with a squirming 2 year old but a bit uneven and she didn’t try to style it like any of the pictures you see on their website. Overall, it was fine just not worth the extra drive for us compared to a regular shop.

Just took my daughter here for the first time and I can’t say enough nice things about this location. The staff was friendly, competent, and comforting. The prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere is every little kids dream! My daughter was smiling from ear to ear when she left and looked spectacular with her new haircut. Her stylist was everything I was hoping for and I will definitely be taking my little one here from now on.

Really wish they would take appointments or have more people working on a weekend. Got there at 12:15pm and had to wait until after 2pm for a haircut. But my daughter has stranger anxiety and they helped her to feel comfortable for her 1st haircut.

We do have a a VIP club which allows your family to make appointments, you can call and inquire at the store if your interested. Henry loves this place! The televisions keep him occupied while the experienced stylists help us get a trim.

Lou enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and the Birthday Party Runway show going on during his cut. Everyone there was very understanding and patient. It made what could have been a stressful situation, very fun and enjoyable
