We had a great experience here. Michelle was our stylist and she was so wonderful with my 2 year old son! Very patient and very sensitive to his apprehensions and explained everything she was doing. Far more patient than I was with him when I tried to cut his hair myself. The atmosphere is very fun and my son loved getting his “surprise” with his “ticket” after his haircut. He looks so handsome with his new ‘do. Five stars all around! Thank you, Michelle!
Cory is amazing! Getting haircuts for 3 boys always is a challenge. She made it super fun for my boys, kept them entertained and made it quick. Even topped it off with a washable hair paint Mohawk!
RecommendedMy 5 year old LOVED it here. And Julie (I think it was Julie) was great! She kept checking in with me to make sure we were getting the haircut we wanted! Great service!

They do a great job! We’ve always had a good experience.
Walked in, and theres no one at the desk and no list to sign in, but one of the stylists says itll be half an hour. sat around for 10 or 15 minutes and bunch of people came in after us. the other stylist comes over and signs in everyone but us, then adds me to the list, then tells me it's going be another hour wait..........after we've already been waiting....they wont take appointments *AND* they're not paying attention to the line, so prepare for an all day event for a mediocre hair cut.....

We are sorry your experience wasn't what it should have been. Unfortunately our stylists do not know what order people come through the door, most times the customers speak up and let us know who was there first. Also some people check in and run errands while we have a wait this allows them to stay in line and accomplish some stuff before they get haircuts, again we apologize if this was not explained, we understand it can get upsetting to all.
