Wow! What's happened to this dentistry?! I've been going there for 10 years! Sadly spent close to $10K! I go in there today at 8am because I have a chipped tooth and they can't find me in their system. What? The receptionist kept looking but couldn't find my info. She said that she would have to enter me in as a 'new patient'. Wait, what? I asked if I could be seen today/asap as I have a chipped tooth and she said they would have to book me in for a cleaning (why?), xrays, and an inspection. Hmm... $300 - $400 before... read more
