Called for Quote, Had to essentially Nag to get someone out, then keep calling for the Quote with promises of responses, zero responses. Backstory I called early morning weeks (and weeks) ago, to get a quote for resurfacing my tennis court. Talk with a very nice young man who told me their computers were down.
