This doctor is a complete scam artist! They promised me medical care I paid and went to the appointment then after taking my money refused me the medical care I paid for. Don’t get scammed by this fraudster!
I set up an appointment through Klarity for my first Tela health appointment with Dr. Pandey and I assumed since the office had my number I was going to be contacted through my phone. I waited for my appointment and received no text, call or email. I was informed by online office staff that I was considered a no call no show and would be fully charged for my appointment. I had made payment before the appointment so they basically took my money and I recieved no care.
Do not go to this Doctor do not go to Siya health or klarity health. They’re all connected. It is a corrupt platform. The Only thing they are good for no matter what Doctor you get through one of these platforms is taking money out of your account. You will not have good communication with anyone it’ll take days and days to get a response from anyone you will be beat around the bush and given so many excuses Then all of a sudden the Doctor No longer be there or the doctors on vacation. I don’t understand why I was charged a $10 registration fee if your practice doesn’t accept patients over 45. My age is clearly listed in my information, so this should have been identified before I was charged. Since you declined to provide services due to your own age restriction, I respectfully request a full refund of the $10 registration fee. The doctor actually forgot to send my prescriptions in for a combination anxiety high blood pressure issue where I had run out the previous night. I was suffering projectile vomiting, heart palpitations and more before the end of the day and his office wouldn't do a thing to help me, and told me that he might be able to send them in the evening. Sending them in that late makes sure my pharmacy will not be able to fill it before the following day, leaving me in a horrible situation.
