From my very first appointment, I felt heard. The staff were kind, patient, and never made me feel judged. They have took the time to understand my lifestyle and my struggles, and together we have built a plan that felt realistic — not extreme or impossible. I went to Snatched for HIFU and honestly out of all the treatments I’ve had in the past this has by far been the best one! The results have been amazing and as the weeks went on they just kept getting better. To top it off the girls are absolutely amazing, so welcoming and professional. Couldn’t recommend them more!
Whilst Ruby and Nicola have been lovely and welcoming in my appointments. I wanted to cancel my Evolve X membership due to gut health and waiting on a procedure that will cost thousands I wanted to wait until after I got the all clear. The owner is refusing to cancel my membership and has still taken money out of my account. I am stressed enough as it is.
