I went in for a pedicure yesterday and had the worst experience. There is a person there that has worked there a fairly long time and I am on and off customer but when they put me with her, I did recall her not being the best but I thought let me just give her a shot. Once she was done with my feet, I looked down and it looked like I had done them at home. I did let her know immediately that I felt like she did not polish them well nor shape them. So I had my sister call and ask if they accept walk ins. I got there and there were only 2 people working which I don't mind waiting because there were only 3 people getting services. Only for them to tell me that they don't have any availability until tomorrow, which I know is a lie, but because I'm a very well dressed 6'4 black man, they didn't want to service me. I just walked out because money doesn't argue.
Love there atmosphere they are friendly and love the job they did on my nails!
No one in the Knoxville area gives better mani/pedi’s than Jack and Bobby. Wish I could take them on the road with me.
