Most arrogant people I ever did business with! Took my Cub Cadet there to be serviced for them to go over the whole unit . Told the service staff that the mower just quit working. Turn the key and it was dead . After $400 new belt , new blades. Tune up. It get the mower home it does the exact same thing I told them to fix . The work ticket didn’t have anything what I told on it what I told the service agent. They refused to make it right or come and get the mower.

First time I called i got almost zero information on how things would go (turn around time, their process, etc.), i had to call multiple times to get an update on my mower that was getting repaired and still never received a call on the findings or how much it was going to cost to get it repaired. My wife reached out and they said that it was done and told the remaining balance. We paid their 3rd party to take our mower and bring it back.
