I had a terrible time with Snapper Pro out in ********* today. I took my mower up there yesterday on 7-11-24, because it had cut off on me in the middle of a lawn. Mind you the day before on 7-10-24 I had taken the mower up there for the same issue. On 7-11-24 I go to pick my mower up, they supposedly drained both tanks, cleaned the carburetor, and replaced the oil/gas filter. Terrible service. Manager has 0 customers service skills and refuses to help. I do not recommend ever using them!!! They order wrong part then would not even attempt to look up the right one. Then when I asked him his name he said it was none of my business. I will never use them again!!
Worst place ever to do business with. Had our mower for over 6 months to make repairs. Would recommend everyone to stay away from this joke of a company. Too bad you can’t rate them based on negative stars.
Recommendedneeded lawn mower fixed, took two weeks, but this was in the middle of the summer season. They told me up front that it would take that long. Price was right. I would recommend their repair service.
They are total scum bags. I will never shop there again. I am telling ALL of my friends never to go there.
Dropped my equipment off with a 25$ deposite. They called me about a week later and told me my equipment was ready. Picked it up and ran fine. Will USe again.
They took my money for a part that I tried to return. Save yourself some time and money by doing business elsewhere. This company does not care about their customers at all. I will never do business with them again.
Second time using this business, and two times very poor service. Promised delivery on Thursday, no call and no show. Called on Friday, and it was we meant to call you. You have to ask every single question in order to get any information, right down to how much will it be when it is delivered. Zero concern for the customer. If you expect any kind of service to go along with spending your money (and quite a bit if you go here), stay away. I'll buy another mower before I go back.
WORST SERVICE EVER! April 2015 took my mower in. Problem was hydraulic hoses kept bursting. FINALLY, got call in August, went to pick up, the hoses immediately popped. they kept the money I paid. Wanted the mower fixed properly, they had put used hoses on it. Got call that the mower was repaired! When? December. What do you do with a mower in December. Nothing! I'll just wait a while like they made me wait. May 2016, went to get mower at a cost of 1800.00. Its repaired they say. Guess What? It keeps cutting off. NEVER AGAIN!
