Went back today with my whole family for my mom's birthday when we told the guy at the counter working, I believe his name was Gage, that it was my mom's birthday. He went out of his to make us feel special and give us a memorable day. He was so accommodating and he made our experience 5 star. Thanks, Gage!
Booked my appointment online on THEIR website. Drove across town. Showed up for my haircut...receptionist checked me in and waited for 20 minutes past my appointment time. Turns out the guy who was supposed to cut my hair wasnt even there. Get your crap together. Unprofessional!
A1 experience here. I love the location, right next to Macy's. I love the staff. All of them have a lot of confidence in what they do. And their end result is nothing short of perfection! My shampoo/cut/style (Men's) was $25. Very good pricing. I travel from the National Guard Armory area to go here, which is on the northeast side.
Had my dreads re-twisted and bleached for the first time. Alexis did an awesome job at tailoring to my wants while also making great suggestions. I will definitely return in a few weeks for a touch up.
