Paid for a membership over three years ago and could never get anyone by phone or email to even get the access card. It is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel since the gym is NEVER staffed and no one EVER responds.
Avoid this place like the plague. The owner is defrauding people. He only answers the phone/messages for new customers. If you decide to cancel membership he just ignores you. Had to cancel my credit card to stop payments. Tried to report to BBB but it's not registered.
