Friendly staff and customers. Silver Sneakers senior exercise class is great! Good workout, accommodates all levels of fitness in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere .
Awful customer service. Tried calling to cancel my membership and the voicemail box was full. Tried emailing and it took days to get a response. My membership has been cancelled since November and Snap continues to charge my card. I have been waiting 17 days for a response to get my card credited for January and I have no doubt they wil charge me again in February.
Supportive staff. Beautiful, new facility. My home away from home.
Great gym, professional and helpful staff, well maintained.
