Love my Silver Sneakers Class. The building is always super clean.
We’ve been trying to cancel our gym membership since November, and we keep getting a “alright we’ll get it cancelled for you” yet keep being charged $55 a month for not using the gym. Do your job!
Tried to get a response from an e-mail and they never responded. Then I noticed they are closed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday what a joke! Was going to barter services or make a deal with Ryan but I'll pass.

Hi Gregory. I am so sorry you didn’t get a response. We check our email daily, but it’s possible you have a wrong email address. Our email is snapfitness.mason@gmail.com. Our facility is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but our staffed hours are Monday-Thursday 11-5, Friday-Sunday by apt. We would love to talk to you regarding membership.
I canceled my membership back in October but I am still being charged $50 every month. I talked to Ryan (the owner) a few months ago who reassured me he was going to handle the problem. Here it is 7 months later and I am still being charged every month. In fact, I call snap fitness almost every day in hopes to reach someone, with no luck! If I still lived in the area, I would be at the gym every day until I got some answers! Save your money and the headache and go somewhere else.
I luv it because it's 24/7 plus close to my house super convenient but in my opinion it's over priced@$40 monthly after trail I'll go back to planet fitness use to go to Jackson PF 24/7 M-T that's why I'm going to Holt PF it's true 24/7 just like snap fitness it's only$15 monthly but I do luv some of machines I might come back you never know !����
When I come home and visit. I really like being able to go to my gym. SNAP FITNESS. The one in Mason is very clean!! �
When I signed up for the free trial membership their corporate office said my email had already been used for a trial membership, which is untrue. I was advised once this happens there is absolutely no way to get around it, which is a load of bologna. Further, I advised the owner and he said he’d take care of it. I gave him my number and never heard from him again. Place is a joke.
