The space is always clean and tidy, and I always feel safe every time I head into gym. The staff are all very supportive and friendly. There's also such a wide range of exercise options to chose from. I had to step away from Snap last year due to personal reasons, and when I came back at the start of this year, they welcomed me with open arms and big smiles. Told them my husband was terminally ill and wouldn't be leaving hospital and I needed to cancel his membership. They still wanted 30 days notice. He has passed now and despite "opting out" of sms marketing, they keep sending him texts to join back up. Please, show some compassion and dont treat people like a marketing statistic.

Love the culture here where staff smile and say g’day, and fellow gym goers are polite and look out for each other. It’s important to me as an older gym person, and also of Asian descent. Keep up the great work Snap Bendigo!

Riley was excellent, he had great energy and is a great bloke. He showed us everything about the gym and gave us a detailed explanation about the gym. I would highly recommend snap.
