I've never been charged so much to cancel a membership in my life, even at another Snap Fitness. Owner was very rude and not understanding at all when I tried to explain to her how I was charged last time. Now I have a gym membership that I told her I couldn't use for an additional month and a half, ridiculous.
I love this gym so much! It's my home away from home. ❤
Love the flexibility and convenience. I can ride by bike !
