SNAP West St. Paul has stopped tabulating visits for health provider discount. This is a violation of the contract I have with SNAP. The voice mail is full and there is never any response to calls or notes written and left for whoever is in charge. I have losing an extra 20 dollars a month because of this.
These guys have been ripping me off for 4 months since I canceled my membership. I have contacted them every month in writing as their phone voicemail is full and you wont find a staff member on sight. Sent in a complaint with the BBB, and my bank fraud department. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!
I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for over a month and no one will respond to my emails or calls. I’ve even tried corporate and all I can do is leave a voicemail or send an email. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced and would never recommend this gym to anyone! Step your game up Snap Fitness and learn to respond to your customers!!!!!

Very impressed with the new manager Josh. Someone like Josh is exactly what the gym needed.
The gym is really shaping up, thanks to the efforts of the new manager, Joshua Fowler. He has great positive energy. I encourage all those who left during the hard times to come back and enjoy the changes & listen to the improvements being planned. I believe there are some welcome back specials, but you would have to verify that with Joshua. No one answers phone or email. I cancelled my account, they still charged me, while sending me emails asking if I want to activate my account...?! Who is even running this place?
Unfortunately I can't give this place a good review. It looks as if it hasn't been vacuumed in days. They have not dusted underneath the treadmills or other equipment in God knows how long. The bathroom wreaks of pee and at 11 am on a Tuesday morning the bathroom was out of paper towels. This place is absolutely disgusting.
