Signed up for a 7 class punch card. I am going to start a yoga class and my PT's boot camp. Looking forward to seeing what this Yoga is all about. I am hoping it helps me with getting my flexibility back. It has been horrible since I had my hip replacement.
Enjoyed visit. As with all fitness centers, they expect you to sweat!
Love going there after a hards day work to relieve stress
