RecommendedI really like working out there. I’m by far the heaviest girl that works out there, but no one ever makes me feel bad about it. Everyone that I have met has been super nice. Shoutout to Michael. He talks to me every time I come to workout and makes my workouts a little more enjoyable.

I'm spoiled by the large Ellenwood location so I can't compare the 2 and give this location a 5. However, it's clean with nice equipment and it's in a very convenient in town location that I can easily make it to during the mid day hours. I like the music too! :-)
This location is within walking distance of my house and when I'm in there, it's usually busy but the people are considerate and things seem well-organized. I am not a huge fan of the TYPE of free-weights they have, but they are there and they are numerous, so that's good. There's an actual squat rack and a smith machine, and they have a rowing erg as well (it's a Matrix and not a Concept2 but beggars can't be choosers). I love this gym! Plenty of good equipment and the staff is amazing! It dosent get too crowded and has a great power rack.
So far it's great!! Looking forward to getting down to business and achieving my fitness goals!
It was always dirty when I went and it was always very early in the am between 4 & 5. I would complain about it but it didn't do any good. It was never taken care of. I finally quit.
