Hello Fit world, my name is Roland Vanarsdale personal trainer here. I been a member since 2009. There is an excitement in the air due to new management providing much needed equipment to enhance the value of your membership. The never before group classes also is a awesome way to add variety to your workout experience. I love the family like atmosphere🏿

I've been a member since 2007. It's a great place to get a good cardio and weights workout. Members and staff are friendly and curtious. The gym is really convenient. Yes, some of the equipment and amenaties need upgrades and that's exactly what the new owner is doing! I've been to many other gyms, including the big ones, and this one really stands out.
I've been a member here since it opened, and this year might be my last. The equipment has been getting older and less serviced, and tonight all 3 of the standard elliptical machines were broken in some way (one had a sign saying it was broke, the second squealed when you got on it, and the third had a faulty display). The mats in the weight room are basically falling apart, the padding on equipment is deteriorating rapidly. It's really getting stupid- I'm not paying for luxury, but I am paying for functional safe equipment.
I hate the music in the morning. I've written them several dozen times asking them to not have it so loud in the morning. I'm there between 5AM and 7AM. Anyone who wants to listen to music brings their own. I don't understand why they don't turn it down. It boggles the mind. Turn it off. I don't think anyone would miss it.
