A great gym!
Great gym with great staff always friendly and willing to help and answer questions.
The Shakopee SNAP is a fantastic environment and Korbyn D is a terrific personal trainer!! I love my training sessions and look forward to my progress and his positive, motivational instructions��
Jenna & Korbyn are awesome. They trained both my husband and I in preparation for our wedding day and I loved how we both looked and felt that day! Their positive energy helped keep us motivated during all the long hours in the gym.
Shakopee Snap Fitness has a great variety of machines and equipment to use. Plus the facility is very clean, which is a bonus.
Not happy about the dues increase! After January 1, I will be cancelling membership.

I contacted Snap Shakopee to cancel my membership and was told verbally that this was OK and a closed matter. Due to incompetent staff, my account was not closed and the business continued to charge me. Now that I have raised this concern and asked for my money back, Snap is refusing as they claim it is my fault for not having signed cancellation form. The management and owners of this location are greedy and behaving in bad faith towards me, a customer who had always paid on time and acted in good faith. Pathetic.
