RecommendedA great place to workout. A warm, friendly, and positive environment. Ed and the staff are very helpful and supportive and know everyone by name. It's very clean and well equipped with a variety of equipment. The one on one training sessions are customized and workout classes have been added. It's a welcoming and supportive environment wit a positive ambiance.

Great location. Small, personal space with all the correct equipment. i do not like huge gyms. This is perfect and it's open 24hrs. Clean, well lit..... ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS
