Very unhappy with the customer service both at the Newark location and the corporate office! I tried to get the free pizza for free teacher's appreciation day, as I am a teacher's assistant and do ALL of the professor's grading, prepping of exams, etc., but because I have a graduate student ID, I was not allowed to participate. When I tried to show other proof that I, in fact, do engage in teaching activities one of the women behind the counter was very rude and just said no without even discussing the situation further. The pizza is good but customer service is BAD. From not being greeted, to watching a female worker carry my salad bowl through an unsanitary dining room into a "walk-in refrigerator" to retrieve kale, digusted me so I will not return. Description of workers: short, thin, brunette white girl wearing glasses about 25yrs and an average height, chubby, white brunnette male about 23yrs, and an average height African American female about age 21. Chick-Fil-A should not be the fast food customer service exception.
First time today and already planning a trip back in later tis week. Amazing pizza, love the local soda, vibe of the decor. just overall felt like you were eating a $100 pizza for a fraction of the price. great job!!!
I love the Center City location not just because the food is excellent but because the people who work there are fantastic. Jackie, Angela, Quan and Shea to just name a few are professional, courteous, pleasant and just all around great customer service!!! Thai Crunch is also the best salad ever!
