Steve Murphy is AWESOME!!! We were stuck in Salmon, ID with a 41-foot Toy Hauler with a stuck main slide-out. No mobile RV repair places would come out to fix it, but Steve offered to make the 200+ mile trek if he couldn’t talk me through the process of getting the slideout pushed in. The dual motor/cable/chain pulley system was an odd one, even for Forest River, but he made a number of phone calls and armed me with all the technical information I needed to get it pushed in and make the 350+ mile trek back home to Utah. Cannot say how much I appreciated such kindness, efficiency and good work Snake R did installing my trailer hitch on my RAV4. It was worth the effort to drive to IF to have this done. Call, order and pay for hitch, get to your appt, pay balance....Done!
Wow!! Steve is an amazing person. Had a issue with my hitch, he got me right in, repaired all the issues and explained how and why it all happened. Price was amazing, Steve and his workmanship is just all around fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend snake river rv and hitch for all your needs. A+++
Our first big RV trip and the Aqua Hot wasn’t heating our water. Snake River RV (Steve) returned our call promptly and told us to stop in same day. It turns out it was operator error but he explained the system and got us on our way quickly. The charge was minimal. We highly recommend this business.
Steve was super he spent 30 to 45 minutes with me on the phone to repair my slide which was successful and didn’t even charge me any money for it. I highly recommend him and his company. He is somebody I would do business with over and over again. I wish there was more companies like him and his way of doing business.
