Wow!! Steve is an amazing person. Had a issue with my hitch, he got me right in, repaired all the issues and explained how and why it all happened. Price was amazing, Steve and his workmanship is just all around fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend snake river rv and hitch for all your needs. A+++
Our first big RV trip and the Aqua Hot wasn’t heating our water. Snake River RV (Steve) returned our call promptly and told us to stop in same day. It turns out it was operator error but he explained the system and got us on our way quickly. The charge was minimal. We highly recommend this business.
Steve was super he spent 30 to 45 minutes with me on the phone to repair my slide which was successful and didn’t even charge me any money for it. I highly recommend him and his company. He is somebody I would do business with over and over again. I wish there was more companies like him and his way of doing business.
We had an issue with our RV. I called Steve to set up an appointment and in a few days I was on my way to his shop. He fixed the problem and and the bill was very fair. A few days later I had another issue and was in a bind because I was leaving the area soon. I called Steve and he said come on in, he fixed the problem on his day off. Thanks Steve. He deserves 6 stars.
