I emailed Erik in Aug of 24. Still no response. The reviews on here are quite disappointing. What’s it going to take to get a response?
They keep misspelling our neighborhood as "Mission Point" when it is "Mission Pointe" - we pay them an enormous amount of fees to (mis)manage our community, the least they could do is spell it correctly LOL
Received violation notice of trash cans being in view. I put trash out Tuesday afternoon for pickup on Wednesday and once collected take them in. Called the office and alex hung up on me. When I called back they wouldn't answer the phone. Spoke with hoa president and stated he needs to apologize. He refused to tell me who reported fake violation.
The worst Property Management company we have ever used. Their rep is so childish and just constantly gets in fights with homeowners and goes rogue from full association direction.
Alex and Eric are great! They communicate well and always make my concerns a priority.
