In my experience, HOA management at Snake River is just a shield for an ignorant and an apt Board lead by people who are on power trips. They, Snake River and Middleton Heights ignore the Fair Housing Act and target people who have disabilities but do not look like they have disabilities. I will be filing complaints with the Fair Housing Administration against Snake River for sending the letter and no recusing their self from violating FHA guidelines.
My experience with Snake River Homeowners Association Management was extremely frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. I called with a simple question regarding my dues and was met with nothing but attitude. They must have people from California being the arbiters of what denotes a need for a mail notification. Because here in Boise Idaho, you can rake leaves on Saturday and have it look like nothing was done by Sunday. If they would like to take the dues that are paid to ensure these are cleaned up in a timetable that meets your expectation, they are welcome to send someone to clean them up at their time and expense. Otherwise, get wrecked.
