My experience with Snake River Homeowners Association Management was extremely frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. They must have people from California being the arbiters of what denotes a need for a mail notification. Because here in Boise Idaho, you can rake leaves on Saturday and have it look like nothing was done by Sunday. If they would like to take the dues that are paid to ensure these are cleaned up in a timetable that meets your expectation, they are welcome to send someone to clean them up at their time and expense. Otherwise, get wrecked.
