So I have been trying to pay my mortgage also.. Ihave called everywhere I could think of even 888-384-3811 and they trying to offer some medical alert. No help there..please help

Paid my mortgage on Oct. 15 online. Checked my bank account online 10/17 and mortgage money not withdrawn from checking. Went to SNSC website - had a "heck-of-a-time" trying to access their website. Realized it was down when I did an "SNSC reviews" and that put me here. Ironically, received a statement from SNSC to pay my November statement today! How?? Where?? What are the next steps with no working Customer Service number available? To whom do you complain if your mortgage servicer files for bankruptcy or goes out of busin... read more
