I reside in Alabama. I was CARES-ACT-PROTECTED from foreclosure DURING COVID-19 for having an FHA-BACKED first mortgage, yet the servicer of my dormant/zombie second mortgage - SN SERVICING- foreclosed in 2020. They took over my mortgage from another company. First thing - They will charge me over $5000 for not showing proof of flooding coverage. I live on a hill over 500 feet from the ground. IMPOSSIBLE to flood. How can this be legal?

This is the most wretched company. No one there must have a conscious. There is no way they are operating legally. Nothing but mismanagement of payments, constant lies. Their records are constantly wrong. They sent a bill saying we hadn't paid our mortgage in four months, yet they sure did cash the checks! Bank records prove it . They billed us for a late payment BEFORE the due date. Our credit is in shambles thanks to their errors. They locked us out of our online account and refuse to answer simple questions. I wish I could give negative 5 stars! These people suck! They are a predatory lender and are out to take your home. I have depleted my entire retirement fund to pay them. They quoted me a monthly payment and 3 years later tried to sue me and foreclose saying I owed double payments. I am still battling them and they will not return my calls nor my attorney's calls. While having financial difficulties due to covid19 my loan was transferred to SN SERVICING CORPORATION. My home has since gone into foreclosure. Last fall I filed Chapter 13 Bankruptcy to help save my home. Since filing for bankruptcy I have made every single mortgage payment and every single payment to the court since I filed Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, but SN SERVICING CORPORATION has had many “accounting” issues with my payments where they say that they don’t receive them. I ask S&N Corporation for a Pay Off which I paid Through Lawyers,know they an additional 3,700.I call an ask what it was for they did not give answer I ask for a bill to give to my Lawyer and they still do not answer.Bad Buiseness habits,they are not helpful at all I need to joint a class action Lawsuit does anybody knows were to go ? They are horrible. My mortgage was bought by them in the fall of 2020. And all of the sudden my balance was like $4000 more!! I could not get a straight answer as to where this money came from. I have finally retained an attorney to deal with them. I was in the middle of a loan modification application with my last mortgage company, due to Covid, and I am getting all kinds of screwed by them!!!

SN Servicing is the worst mortgaging company ever. They are unprofessional and dont know how to keep records and correct accounting. This is the second time in less than six months that they are INCORRECTLY forcing a mortgage on my loan. I am insured, all documents provided by me and my insurance agent several times. I dont know what to do!
